Anurag Thakur makes the right moves

ANURAG Thakur, Minister of State for Finance and Corporate affairs   and son of a veteran BJP leader and former Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal, is the new Hanuman of Home Minister and BJP President Amit Shah. The real game started when Amit Shah showed inclination to appoint his son Jay Shah in the Board of Cricket Control of India (BCCI). He entrusted the job to an insider, former President of BCCI Anurag Thakur to select a new team. A former cricketer, Thakur played the game well and managed Jay Shah’s entry into the most powerful body of the cricket world. Thakur, a tough negotiator, also managed to induct his brother Arun Singh Dhumal. Thakur convinced Brijesh Patel, Niranjan Shah and Srinivasan to talk to Amit Shah and all agreed on Saurav Ganguly to be made BCCI chief. The biggest loser in this game was TV star Rajat Sharma and a crony of an industrialist and former Congress Rajya Sabha MP. Anurag was again active on the same day when the results of the Haryana assembly were announced and it was clear that the BJP alone cannot form the government. Anurag got in touch with Dushyant Chautala and took him to Amit Shah. On the other side, BJP roped in Sukhbir Badal to discuss the issue within the Chautala family. Finally, Dushyant Chautala settled on Deputy Chief Ministership. Anurag is on upswing. Wait and watch this Thakur from Himachal
