Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda (Bhupi Bhai) has a brigade of colourful officials. One of the top ranking officials (name withheld) who is the eyes and ears of the chief minister looks after all the land deals in the state. He also has a wonderful past. He was once caught red handed in a compromising position by his wife in a Panchkula guest house with a fellow officer’s wife. It was reported at that time in all the major newspapers of Haryana but buried due to the political pressure and no action was taken as the fellow officer did not want to follow the complaint. As per reports emanating from Chandigarh, the officer in question is worth more than thousand crores. He poses as a tough officer, but any builder who can grease his palm can easily open his doors. He is reportedly in partnership with the top five builders of Haryana. As per sources, his main partner is an emerging builder of Gurgaon, who is from the same village and belongs to the same caste. The builder earlier was a land procurer in Gurgaon area, but with the blessings of the said officer, he has become a millionaire in a short span of five years.
